Each item is made-to-order and handcrafted. Our collection is therefore custom made and often personalised and as such are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you have carefully checked all sizing, colours and spellings before submitting your orders.

 

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days to request an exchange and provide supportive evidence. When contacting us, please ensure you include your full name and quote your order reference number. If 7 days has lapsed since your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

 

On receipt and inspection of your return, you will be notified accordingly whether your refund has been approved.  Subject to approval being granted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
